How To Use IntraNase®

Extract the solution into the IntraNase unit by pulling on the plunger.

Breathe normally through the mouth (or say aaah..) and slowly push the solution up into the nostril and let it pour out the other nostril.
3
Use a tissue to blow out any remaining solution in your nose.
